“Thought Space”, made in the year 1999 in Poznan, Poland. Its place is a room with a door and a window through which the daylight enters in. The ceiling,walls and floor had been painted white in preparation. The realisation was created in 7 days, during which (arriving in the morning and leaving in the evening) I covered the walls, ceiling and floor with writing.The writing comprised of strands of thoughts as they appeared in my mind during that time. After 7 days the space was created : a capsule of concepts, words, meanings, verbalised emotions. The work unfolds to the left of the entrance in the form of spiral, an eternal and infinite vortex developing and changinig with the room’s contours and sealed by the far wall.
